Freshtrusion® is a gentle cooking method that locks in the natural goodness of fresh ingredients. Meat and fish are cooked at 82°C to protect proteins, improve digestibility, and enhance flavour.

Shipping Information
At WholeBuddy, we’re committed to getting your pet’s food to you quickly, safely and with as little fuss as possible. We’ve partnered with DPD — one of the UK’s most trusted couriers — to deliver every order, big or small.
All orders are shipped with DPD Tracked Delivery for peace of mind.
Our Standard Tracked Delivery takes 1–2 working days at a cost of £4.95.We also offer Free Tracked Delivery within 1–2 working days on all orders over £50.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) on the same day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends will ship the next working day.Tracking Your Order
Every order is fully tracked. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a DPD tracking link and a 1-hour delivery window, so you know exactly when to expect your parcel.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. We do not yet deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or internationally — but we’re working on expanding soon!
